Our Family Law department is led by Monica Roche whose experience and expertise covers all areas of Family Law. We particularly deal with Separation Agreements, Judicial Separation through the courts and Divorce.

We also represent private clients in respect of applications to the District Family Court in respect of children, such as Maintenance, Access and Guardianship.
