Our Criminal Defence team is led by Patrick Moylan who has decades of experience in this area of the law. We provide a full service in respect of representation before all the Criminal Courts including the District Court, Circuit Court and Central Criminal Court. Anyone can find themselves before a Criminal Court. Sometimes it’s a minor matter arising from a driving offence or public order. Other times the alleged crime can be very serious. In all of these circumstances people turn to us. If you have been arrested or charged with a criminal offence, or indeed are currently under investigation by the Gardaí, it is in your best interests to immediately speak to us. We are one of the most experienced criminal defence firms in the country. Our solicitors are members of the Criminal Legal Aid Panel and as such we can make an application for free legal aid for eligible clients.
