About O'Kelly Moylan Solicitors

We are a legal practice with offices in Kilrush and Ennis, Co. Clare. We provide legal advice to individuals and companies both locally and nationally. While providing legal advice in all areas we have a particular focus on Civil Litigation, Commercial Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

 

We have a growing Commercial Law department where we focus on all areas of company, commercial and employment law advice for Irish SMEs. We provide a very responsive and personal service where we are regarded more as ‘in-house’ than outside service provider to those with whom we work.


Areas of Civil Litigation include Medical Negligence, Defective Building Construction and Personal Injury litigation.

Many clients want to avoid the publicity and stress of a court dispute and therefore we lead the way in alternative methods of dispute resolution such as Mediation. We believe this will be how disputes are increasingly resolved in the future.


Our objective is at all times to provide our clients with the best possible confidential legal advice and representation. We challenge the status quo and our cases have formulated the law in certain areas.
